Yes. Each extra screen at the same location is a small monthly add-on, shown on each plan above. Screens in a group play the same content; for a room with its own content, we add a screen group with you. Screens side by side can also become a video wall.
Yes. Move up any time from Plan & billing in the Client App; it happens right away. To move down, send a request and we’ll confirm it.
The MPV Assistant (Ask MPV) and other AI features use credits: 1 credit is about one US cent of AI work. Every plan includes credits each month, and unused ones carry over (up to three months’ worth). A new photo for a full screen uses 15 credits. If you run out, you can buy more (bought credits don’t expire), and everything else keeps working.
Yes. Every client has a referral link in Plan & billing. The business you refer gets its first month free, and when it becomes a paying client, you get three free months.

We keep your account in Canada where we can and handle it under Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA); some services we use (AI, email, payments) process information mainly in the United States.
