Wi-Fi or a network cable. Each screen keeps its own copy of what it plays, so it carries on if the internet drops.
The small device that plays your screens. It’s included on Practice and Premium; on Starter, use one of the options below.
Arrives ready for your account. Plug it into the TV and the power, join your Wi-Fi, and your screens start.

The most reliable option. Any recent Windows, Mac, ChromeOS or Linux computer running Chrome or Edge in full screen. An office computer you no longer use works too.
Most smart TVs from about 2019 on can open the player page in their built-in browser. Older ones usually can’t: add a streaming stick and keep the TV.
Install a full-screen browser app and open the player page. Quality varies a lot from one brand to the next.

Connect the player to the TV’s HDMI port and the power, and join your Wi-Fi.
In the browser, go to tv.myproviewer.com/play. The MPV player opens it for you.
Scan the QR code on the TV with your phone, or type its 6-digit code under Screens in the Client App. Your screens start right away.
Open tv.myproviewer.com/play/check.html on the TV or device. In about 20 seconds it tells you whether the player runs there. If it doesn’t, send us a photo of the result and we’ll suggest the simplest fix.
Streaming boxes that have no web browser can’t run MyProViewer, and neither can most smart TVs from before about 2018, whose browsers are too old. In both cases, a streaming stick with a web browser or a small computer fixes it.
Turn off the TV’s sleep timer and energy saving, and set it to turn on with the power if it can. MPV can show a dark screen outside your hours from Screens in the Client App.
Wi-Fi is fine for most screens. For video walls, Live TV and long videos, a network cable is steadier.
