I was so excited about a phone call I recently received. A dentist in the Tampa area called to inquire about our services.

I always make a point to ask how new clients heard about us. The doctor informed me that he had recently seen a presentation in which the speaker had gone into great detail about our service and everything it had done for his practice.

I was thrilled, but the information presented a dilemma – I had a promise to fulfill.

MyProViewer had not scheduled any presentations in the Tampa area recently, so I didn’t know who had referred this new client. Who should I thank for this?!?
